About Me

My name is Steven. Throughout my childhood living in the Midwestern United States, I developed a passion for an active life through helping my family with gardening, yard work, and house work to participating in multiple sports from a young age playing basketball in the driveway through high school sports and intramurals at university. It is through this passion for being active, that I became interested in the human body and how it functions. This led to further education and working in medicine as a physician assistant/physician associate (PA) in the field of neurosurgery and continued active lifestyle through cycling, walking, running, hiking, and weight lifting.

For over a decade, I have worked in all aspects of neurosurgery working alongside some of the best neurosurgeons in the country. As a PA, my work has ranged from treating patients in outpatient clinics to busy hospitals to assisting with complex spinal and brain surgeries. It is through the many interactions with patients suffering from back pain, where I have honed my skills in helping these patients on their road to recovery from back pain and changing their lives for the better.
