“No two people have the same physical background and vocabulary. It is my intention to bring my experience and knowledge together to discover what works for you. And then, through our combined efforts, create a Pilates workout that will awaken you to a greater awareness and potential in your mind, body and spirit connection, and help you aspire to and attain results you desire.” – Jeff Elsass
